Pastry Chef for an Artisan Bakery! Dröm Bakery is urgently looking for Pastry Chefs who possess the following skills and experience:

A passion for producing consistent high-quality cakes & other baked products
Croissant experience is a must
Excellent knowledge and experience in basic baking techniques and styles and the use of commercial kitchen equipment and tools
Experience in baking croissants is a must
A strong background in utilising high-quality ingredients
A knowledge of all food safety standards
A professional attitude in the pastry kitchen at all times
The ability to follow instructions
A love and passion for making and creating marvellous baked treats
The ability to persevere and succeed in a fast-paced environment
A keen eye for detail
A team player
A desire to succeed in a progressive career in the food and hospitality industry
Have the proper permits to work in Australia
