During our sessions with students, we provide a partnership with our VCE students that nurtures them with academic and VCE mindset, stress management and motivation strategies.

Don't be intimidated by this, it's completely optional and only if this feels exciting to you! Otherwise, just being great at your tutoring is all you need to do.
We require facilitators at our centre in Ringwood, meaning you arrive at work and then work with your students either online or in person from our workspace. It is important to note that you will be required to attend our office location at Ringwood for delivery of your tutoring sessions. We also run workshops throughout the year, which is an optional opportunity for you to be paid to join the team facilitating the workshops.
Our Approach to Education:
Our approach to education and the extent of student development differs from the mainstream approach to education. As such, initial and ongoing training and coaching is provided to ensure our high level of delivery. The positions will suit (but are not limited to) those who did well in VCE, university students, or qualified teachers looking for a change or additional teaching opportunity. Pay rate is generous and dependent on experience.
Key Skills Required:
Reliability is integral in this role as our students depend on us for support during this pivotal stage of their education. Ideally candidates will have completed Year 11 and 12 in Victoria, (meaning they have completed the VCE) as this will ensure a close knowledge of the curriculum they will be delivering.
