About The Role
We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Brisbane Family Law team on a casual basis (approx. 2-3 days per week). As an Administration Assistant, you will be involved in administrative and record management duties to support the team including:

Assisting with disclosure records management and printing. This includes collating, indexing, saving, and linking material in our Document Management System (iManage);
Large copying/scanning jobs – particularly disclosure and briefs;
Assisting with archiving;
Mail and delivery duties including court filing;
Assisting with relief reception duties as needed (including attending to meeting rooms, greeting clients, answering the phone, taking messages etc); and
Other admin tasks as requested by the National Manager.

About You
We are looking for candidates who are organised, professionally presented, have a keen eye for detail and a "can do" attitude. The role will involve interaction with both staff and clients so excellent communication skills are a must. Previous experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment will be highly regarded. We are open to accepting applications from law students and are flexible regarding days and hours.
