Receptionist – Cheltenham Manor (Part-Time)

This is a fabulous opportunity to join the team at Medical & Aged Care Group, where we are leading the industry in raising the quality of living for elderly residents in care.

We are currently looking for a reliable, people-focused Receptionist to join our friendly team at Cheltenham Manor on a permanent part-time basis, working Monday to Thursday.

What does your new role look like?

Greet and sign in residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
Support resident admissions, discharges, and orientations
Coordinate bookings including hairdressing and the Private Dining Room
Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and general correspondence
Provide administrative support — data entry, invoicing, archiving, preparing tour packs, and assisting the Home Manager as required
Liaise with Kitchen, Laundry, and Care teams on day to day administrative requests
Carry out small tasks that make a real difference to residents, such as weekly flower distribution

You will align to our Family Values and be honest and caring. You will bring a warm, professional manner with people from all walks of life.

Experience and Qualifications:

1–2 years' experience in reception or administration
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work independently, particularly across weekend shifts
Experience in aged care is welcome but not essential
Current police check (required)
Working rights (required)
