Located on iconic St Kilda Road, Melbourne Business Centre now has one (1) permanent part-time Receptionist position available for an immediate start.
This is a permanent ON-SITE part time role, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 1.05pm or 12.55pm to 5.30pm, with a minimum of 2 shifts per week.
There is only one part time staff member on site at a time with crossover between 12.55pm and 1.05pm daily (management and clients will come and go).
About the Job:
As the "face" of the company, your role will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients, guests and visitors
- Answering telephones, screening and directing calls
- Booking and coordinating meetings and room hire
- Recording and handling daily mail and couriers/packages
- Attending to new client enquiries
- General office tasks
- Ensuring the meeting rooms and front reception areas are kept clean and presentable
- Maintaining general office and kitchen presentation and cleanliness
About You:
- A winning smile and a "can do" attitude
- Bright and friendly personality
- Previous reception experience preferred but not essential
- Professional presentation
- Articulate with the English Language
- Ability to work autonomously
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media
- Time management skills

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
