Chiropractic Assistant required for busy family orientated chiropractic practice in Lindfield.

Be Chiropractic is seeking a switched-on Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant with a warm and bubbly personality with great positive energy to join our busy Chiropractic practice in Lindfield, Sydney. You must love working with families and children and have a strong interest in natural health care.

Be Chiropractic is a family oriented, wellness based chiropractic practice which is passionate about helping children and families achieve greater health and vitality.

Our practice is also dog friendly as you will find our practice dog, greeting our clients with enthusiasm as they attend their appointments. So it helps if you like dogs too.

Who we are looking for:

A bubbly, outgoing and caring person with a POSITIVE energy and attitude who loves working with people
A health orientated person who is passionate about natural health care. This is fundamental.
Ability to handle a busy and fast-paced environment as well as being a fantastic host for our clients so that their experience is extraordinary!
An excellent communicator with great verbal and written skills
Great in multitasking but also possesses excellent attention to details
Ability to follow procedures, as well as being highly adaptable at curve ball situations and being able to think on their feet!
Self-motivated with a ‘CAN DO’ attitude
Resilient and a good sense of humour would be an added bonus
Excellent computer skills
Previous administration experience and promotional / marketing skills, including social media, is desirable.

Your role includes:

Front desk duties: Helping clients with payments and their appointment schedules so they can get the best outcome for their health. Phone and face to face client relations.
Support the Chiropractors during treatment
Help inspire people towards optimal health naturally.
Involvement in health education and marketing for the practice including newsletters, social media content and organising project
Maintaining office presentation and general cleaning duties

NOTE: This position will require multitasking with attention to details at the same time.

What’s On Offer:

This position will start with a Saturday shift from 7:45am to 11:30am with opportunity for more hours. Plus fortnight meetings on Tuesday (12:30pm). Please allow some flexibility for an occasional earlier starts or later finish and you may need to cover other shifts from time to time.
