About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role provides executive and administrative support while assisting the broader Marketing team with key initiatives and campaign activities. You will work closely with marketing, support centre and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate priorities, projects and communications. The role is responsible for managing schedules, preparing reports and presentations, supporting campaign execution and maintaining project tracking. Your contribution helps ensure marketing initiatives, executive priorities and business activities are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Activities Include:
CMO Support

Manage the CMO's diary, schedule, meetings and travel arrangements.
Coordinate priorities, deadlines and upcoming commitments.
Prepare expense reports and support day-to-day executive administration.

Project & Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate project activities to support key milestones and deliverables.
Maintain project trackers and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Support events and cross-functional initiatives across the business.

Marketing Campaign Support

Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns.
Prepare presentations and marketing materials for internal and external audiences.
Support local area marketing initiatives across the network.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for business review.
Monitor and respond to customer enquiries across digital channels.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and support team efficiency.

About You
Essential

A true foodie who loves to move with pace and passion!
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Marketing Coordinator or similar support role.
Proven ability to proactively manage competing priorities, schedules and projects.
Advanced organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.

Desirable

Experience supporting marketing campaigns or promotional activities.
Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
Exposure to retail, QSR, hospitality or consumer-facing industries.
