- Create opportunities for employees to be heard through advisory groups, listening forums and inclusion networks
- Develop awareness campaigns, events and practical resources that build understanding, confidence and connection
- Use employee feedback, survey insights and workforce metrics to understand what’s working and where we can keep improving
- Support DEIB governance activities, including Steering Committee coordination, reporting, dashboards and annual impact reporting
- Help ensure we continue to meet relevant legislative and reporting requirements, including Workplace Gender Equality Agency obligations
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, Business or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior People and Culture, Organisational Development or DEIB-related role
- Experience leading diversity, inclusion, cultural change or workforce participation initiatives
- A strong understanding of gender equality, age inclusion, cultural diversity, cultural safety and belonging frameworks
- Knowledge of relevant Australian legislation, including anti-discrimination, equal employment opportunity, workplace respect and Workplace Gender Equality Agency requirements
- Confidence working with governance frameworks, workforce metrics and Executive-level reporting
- A natural ability to build trusted relationships, facilitate conversations and influence positive change
- Strong project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A genuine interest in contributing to a Catholic, faith-based mission organisation
- A values-led approach that reflects courage, integrity and compassion
What we can offer you:
- The chance to do meaningful work that supports older people, their communities and the employees who care for them
- A welcoming, values-led organisation where inclusion, connection and compassion are central to our purpose
- The opportunity to influence culture, capability and belonging across a large and diverse workforce
- Family leave – extra 7 days per annum
