About the role

As a Gardener / Crew Lead, you'll be trusted to deliver high-quality work while leading by example.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lawn mowing, edging and general garden maintenance.
Hedge trimming, pruning and planting.
Weed control and garden clean-ups.
Identifying issues before they become problems.
Potential to lead a small crew on site.
Potential to plan the day's work and keep jobs running smoothly.
Making sure every property is left looking its best.
Looking after equipment and vehicles.
Providing friendly, professional service to our clients.

We're looking for someone who

Is willing to develop into a supervisory role as the season progresses.
Is reliable and turns up ready to work.
Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Leads by example and enjoys helping others improve.
Has experience in professional garden maintenance.
Can confidently operate commercial gardening equipment.
Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team.
Communicates well with clients and workmates.
Has a current driver's licence (manual licence preferred).
Wants a long-term position rather than just another job.
