About the role
As a Gardener / Crew Lead, you'll be trusted to deliver high-quality work while leading by example.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lawn mowing, edging and general garden maintenance.
- Hedge trimming, pruning and planting.
- Weed control and garden clean-ups.
- Identifying issues before they become problems.
- Potential to lead a small crew on site.
- Potential to plan the day's work and keep jobs running smoothly.
- Making sure every property is left looking its best.
- Looking after equipment and vehicles.
- Providing friendly, professional service to our clients.

- Is willing to develop into a supervisory role as the season progresses.
- Is reliable and turns up ready to work.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Leads by example and enjoys helping others improve.
- Has experience in professional garden maintenance.
- Can confidently operate commercial gardening equipment.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team.
- Communicates well with clients and workmates.
- Has a current driver's licence (manual licence preferred).
- Wants a long-term position rather than just another job.
