Full Job Description

Elecbrakes is an Australian innovator in towing safety technology, with big ideas and bigger goals. Our products are changing the way Australians tow, combining advanced technology, safety innovation, and user-friendly design to create industry-leading towing solutions.

As we continue to grow across Australia and New Zealand, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive retail channel growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and execute our national retail strategy.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is responsible for managing strategic retail accounts, delivering commercial growth, and identifying opportunities to expand our presence within major retail networks.

What You'll Do

Manage and grow strategic relationships with major retail partners across Australia and New Zealand.
Develop and execute joint business plans with key retail customers.
Identify opportunities to increase ranging, distribution, promotional activity, and category performance.
Deliver structured account reviews and business planning activities.
Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer data to drive commercial decisions.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver customer outcomes.
Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and account profitability.

About You

Proven experience in retail account management, national account management, category management, or channel management.
Experience managing relationships with large retail organisations, buying groups, or national retailers.
Background in consumer electronics, automotive aftermarket, technology, robotics, connected devices, or similar technical product categories highly regarded.
Strong commercial acumen with experience developing and executing account growth strategies.
Experience with sales forecasting, business planning, and performance reporting.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly organised with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Ability to travel interstate and internationally as required.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
