Join a growing gardening and landscaping business and build your skills with us!

Almond Gardening is looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Gardener to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

Our work is mainly based around Caulfield and surrounding suburbs, with a mix of regular garden maintenance and landscaping projects.

Whether you already have gardening experience or you're looking to start a career in the industry, we'd love to hear from you. Training and support will be provided to the right person.

About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

Lawn mowing, edging and general lawn care
Hedging and pruning
Weeding and garden clean-ups
Planting and general plant care
Using and maintaining gardening equipment
Working independently at client properties
Assisting with landscaping projects when required

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
Takes pride in their work
Enjoys working outdoors
Has a genuine interest in gardening and landscaping
Is willing to learn and develop new skills
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Has good attention to detail
Is physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
Has a friendly and professional attitude

Previous gardening or landscaping experience is an advantage, but not essential. We are happy to train someone who has the right attitude and work ethic.

$32–$37 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements

Valid Australian driver's licence
Availability to work around Caulfield and surrounding suburbs
Previous gardening experience is preferred but not essential

Your own vehicle is not essential. Depending on the right candidate, a company vehicle may be provided.

Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour
