We're a boutique Gardening & landscaping company based in South Side Melbourne, and we’re looking for a skilled gardener to join us as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities
- You will have the opportunity work to across garden maintenance including mowing, edging, hedge trimming, pruning, weeding, fertilising, diagnosis of plant health, pest, and disease control
- Soft landscaping and seasonal planting
- Consistently delivering work to a high standard
- Working cooperatively with a respectful and values-driven team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in gardening or landscape maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for presentation
- Physically fit, reliable, and takes initiative
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Driver’s licence preferred (not essential)
