About The Role:
This role is pivotal in supporting our Service and Sales departments by ensuring accurate parts interpretation, timely supply, and exceptional internal and external customer service aligned with the premium standards of the luxury brands we represent. You will be a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance dealership environment and takes pride in delivering precision, efficiency, and a premium customer experience to our valued clients.
In this role you will:

Accurately interpret, identify, and supply parts for workshop technicians and retail customers

Manage parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person with a professional, customer-focused approach

Process parts orders, invoicing, and returns in line with dealership and manufacturer requirements

Maintain optimal stock levels and assist with inventory control and stocktakes

Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Sales teams to ensure timely parts availability

Ensure correct pricing, documentation, and warranty compliance

Maintain a clean, organised, and professional parts department

Adhere strictly to manufacturer guidelines, dealership procedures, and safety standards

Contribute to continuous improvement of parts processes and customer experience
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter within an automotive dealership

Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems and catalogues
-
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

Intermediate computer skills and experience with DMS systems (preferred)
