In this role you will:

Learn to accurately identify and interpret automotive parts using dealer systems and catalogues

Assist with processing parts orders for customers and workshop teams

Maintain stock records and support inventory management

Provide high-quality customer service over the phone, in-person, and via email

Collaborate with workshop staff to ensure parts availability for service and repairs

Develop a strong understanding of premium automotive brands and their parts
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Strong interest in the automotive industry, particularly luxury and prestige vehicles

Good communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

Basic computer literacy; willingness to learn dealership software and parts systems

A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous experience in retail, administration, or automotive environments (desirable but not essential)
