Full Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Import/Export Assistant to join our team. This role will support the company’s daily operations, franchise purchasing activities, and import/export logistics while maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on franchisee purchase orders and procurement requirements
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth import and export operations
Assist with shipping documentation, customs clearance, and logistics arrangements
Conduct routine store visits and provide operational support
Monitor store compliance with company operational standards
Maintain effective communication with management, colleagues, and external stakeholders
Prepare reports, maintain records, and perform administrative duties
Undertake other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

Previous experience in import/export, logistics, trading, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with shipping, customs clearance, and international trade procedures
Strong organisational and time management skills
Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Need a valid driver's license
PR or Australian Citizen
