At Little Boomers Basketball, we’re proud to be Australia’s leading kids’ basketball program. Our mission is to introduce children to the game in a fun, supportive, and non-competitive environment. Through our programs, kids build confidence, learn teamwork, and develop a genuine love for sport—all while mastering the fundamentals of basketball.

As a Coach, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and encouraging space where kids feel included, motivated, and excited to learn.

Who we are looking for?

Available to work weekday afternoons and weekend mornings at our Manor Lakes and Point Cook locations.
Genuine passion for working with children, with the ability to connect, engage, and build positive relationships.
Reliable and able to commit to the role for at least 12 months.
Prior basketball knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
Willingness to learn and grow as a Coach, with the opportunity to progress as we expand across Wyndham.
A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply after interview).

During the initial training period (approximately eight weeks), you will receive a starting hourly rate. Once you are confident and ready to coach independently, your rate will increase, with further opportunities for progression as you gain experience and consistently demonstrate strong performance.
