Wanted: Ninja Coaches! ✨
Are you a flipping expert with a passion for teaching? Ninjas are the face of the Flip Out brand, and we’re looking for dynamic, high-energy coaches to lead our squad! Our Ninja program is an accredited sports program for kids aged 5–14. Our Ninjas are fierce, cute, and ready to learn—no fighting, just pure skill and movement.
THE ROLE
As a Ninja Coach, you aren't just a trainer; you're a mentor. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the Pack: Running weekly 1-hour Ninja classes following our structured (and super fun) format.
- Skill Building: Teaching kids trampolining and gymnastics skills safely, from white belt to black belt.
- Building Bonds: Interacting with parents and "mini-ninjas" to build a genuine community.
- Maintaining the Dojo: Keeping the arena clean, safe, and ready for action.
ABOUT YOU
We need coaches who can "walk the walk." You should have:
- The Skills: At least 12 months of gymnastics or cheerleading experience. You must be able to perform and teach every trick in the Big Book of Ninjas.
- The Vibe: Fun, enthusiastic, and outgoing! You’re the person who gets kids excited to challenge themselves.
- The Work Ethic: You understand that "on time is late." You’re reliable, professional, and possess great time management.
- The Communcator: Great verbal and written skills to keep our Ninja parents in the loop.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Ninja Expertise: Ability to perform flips and tricks safely and effectively.
- Safety First: A current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check (if 18+).
- Availability: You’re ready to rock during evenings, weekends, and special Ninja registration/training days.
- Knowledge: A commitment to learning the Big Book of Ninjas inside and out.
