Are you ready to rise to the challenge? We're on the lookout for a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Summerhill! If you're a natural leader with a passion for delivering excellent service, hitting targets and supporting your team to grow and thrive — this could be the perfect roll for you.

About the Role:

As Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll be working closely with the Sales Manager to help lead and inspire a strong, customer-focused sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the management and training of staff
Supporting staff to meet and exceed KPIs
Assisting with staff rosters and shift coverage
Completing daily banking and reporting
Analysing sales and performance data to drive improvements
Facilitating team meetings and staff training (including online modules)
Helping manage store social media
Supporting the planning and smooth execution of key seasonal periods (Easter & Christmas)

You’ll need to be available across weekdays and weekends, (Saturday availability is a must have requirement) with shifts ranging from early morning starts to evening finishes. Availability over Easter and Christmas is essential, as these are our busiest times of year.

You’re confident leading and motivating a team
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep calm under pressure
You’re proactive, solution-focused and love a challenge
You have excellent communication and organisational skills
You have a strong sense of responsibility and take pride in your work
Previous experience in sales, retail or hospitality management is highly regarded
