Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and energetic All-Rounder to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our business at the counter and a vital helper in the kitchen. No two days are the same—you will swap between greeting customers, taking payments, and helping our kitchen crew prepare delicious food.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)Front of House (Cashier Duties)

Greet & Serve: Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders at the counter or drive-thru.
Handle Money: Use the POS (Point of Sale) system to process cash, EFTPOS, and mobile payments accurately.
Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean front counter, wipe down dining tables, and restock napkins, straws, and sauces.
Pack Orders: Securely bag takeaway and delivery orders (like UberEats or Menulog), ensuring no items are missing.

Back of House (Kitchen Hand Duties)

Food Prep: Do basic prep work like washing veggies, slicing ingredients, and assembling simple menu items (burgers, wraps, salads, or fried snacks).
Dishwashing: Keep the kitchen moving by washing dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery using the commercial dishwasher.
Cleanliness: Maintain high food hygiene standards by wiping down benches, emptying bins, and mopping the kitchen floor at the end of the shift.
Stock Control: Help unpack food deliveries and store them safely using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Positive Attitude: Friendly, polite, and loves working in a team.
Communication: Clear English speaking skills to take orders accurately and talk with the kitchen team.
Reliability: Punctual, honest, and available to work flexible hours (including weekends or evening close-shifts).

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
