Job Description Summary
We are seeking a proactive and service-focused Facilities & Workplace Coordinator to support day-to-day workplace and facilities operations across a client site.
Reporting to the Facilities Lead, you will support facilities administration, workplace inspections, service requests, contractor coordination, maintenance follow-ups and general site operations. The role will also include back-of-house security administration, including access card management and site access support.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Support daily facilities and workplace operations.
Complete workplace inspections and identify maintenance, safety or presentation issues.
Coordinate facilities administration, work orders, reporting and follow-ups.
Manage security access card administration and related records.
Respond to employee, visitor and stakeholder service requests.
Assist with contractor coordination, permits, inductions and site access.
Support workplace compliance, WHS and safe work practices.
Work with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
About You
Experience in facilities, workplace services, office coordination, concierge, administration or similar.
Strong organization, communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy site environment.
Experience with access card administration or security coordination will be highly regarded.
