Experienced Contract Administrator Wanted (Joinery/Construction field preferable)
Location: Condell Park, NSW
We are a well-established joinery business based in Condell Park, specialising in the delivery of high-quality commercial and residential joinery projects. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Joinery Contract Administrator/Estimator to join our team.

About the Role
As a Joinery Estimator/CA, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of joinery projects and reviewing contracts for those projects. You will work closely with our team to ensure tenders are comprehensive, commercially sound, and aligned with project requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as an estimator within the joinery industry.
- Proven experience pricing commercial and/or residential joinery projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Experience reviewing and understanding construction contracts.
- Strong knowledge of scopes of work and the ability to identify inclusions, exclusions, and contractual obligations.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of project risk.
- Experience working with tender documentation and contract administration processes.
