ABM Windows and Doors is a Sydney-based manufacturer, supplier and installer of aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial projects. We work with builders, developers, contractors, homeowners and renovation customers across Sydney.
As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our digital marketing capability to increase retail customer enquiries, strengthen our social media presence and improve online customer acquisition. We are now seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support ABM’s marketing strategy, with a focus on retail customer acquisition, social media campaigns, digital content, online enquiries and campaign performance analysis.
The role will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the sales, estimation and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct market research on homeowners, renovators, small builders, designers and other potential retail customer groups.
· Analyse customer segments, product preferences, competitor activity and digital marketing trends in the windows, doors and building materials sector.
· Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase online and retail customer enquiries.
· Plan and execute social media campaigns across relevant platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok or other suitable channels.
· Prepare campaign themes, content calendars, product promotion ideas and project showcase content.
· Create and optimise marketing copy, product descriptions, promotional materials, digital brochures and customer-facing online content.
· Monitor website, social media and online advertising performance, including impressions, clicks, engagement, enquiries and conversion trends.
· Analyse enquiry sources, customer types, product interests and campaign performance to support marketing channel optimisation.
· Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports for the Marketing Manager and management team.
· Work with the sales and estimation teams to align marketing campaigns with customer feedback, product information and enquiry quality.
Skills and Experience Required
· Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, business, e-commerce, digital media or a related field.
· Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, online content planning or campaign execution.
· Ability to conduct market research, customer segmentation and competitor analysis.
· Experience analysing campaign performance data, online enquiries, engagement metrics or customer acquisition results.
· Strong written communication skills and ability to prepare customer-facing marketing content.
· Ability to work with sales, management and operational teams.
· Experience in building materials, construction products, home improvement, manufacturing, e-commerce, retail or export-related marketing will be highly regarded.
· Experience in developing marketing content for culturally diverse customer groups or multilingual audiences will be highly regarded.
Employment Conditions
This is a full-time position based in Cabramatta, Sydney NSW.
Salary: AUD 90,000 - 100,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
