About You

Located in or near Kunda Park
Prior experience within the Distribution & logistics Industry is highly desirable
Experience using Microsoft office
Forklift License
Experience using SAP would be highly regarded
Ability to work from the Kunda Park site full time (Mon-Fri – 6am-3pm)

Full and Unrestricted Australian working rights – We do not offer visa sponsorship
Valid Police Check
Valid forklift licence is essential
Be willing to work throughout the warehouse and trade store
Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Successful completion of pre-employment medical

About the Role
As a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for distribution activities as well as administration tasks and direct customer service both over the phone, via E-mail and face to face throughout the Kunda Park trade store.

Some tasks as part of this role include:

Hand unloading plasterboard as an offsider
Dealing with Customers face-to-face & over the phone
Picking & Packing orders on a daily basis
Administration duties including data entry and email management
Regularly check & make up orders
Receipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence
Loading/unloading customer vehicles
Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
General warehouse duties & housekeeping
