We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver to join our team at our Caloundra Resource Recovery Centre.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating Endeavour Foundation trucks and supporting the safe, efficient and timely collection, transportation and delivery of goods. You’ll work closely with the wider site team to ensure daily operational requirements are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.
This role would suit someone who is confident behind the wheel, physically fit, reliable and comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team.
Key duties of this role are to:
- Operate Endeavour Foundation trucks safely, including completing daily pre-start checks.

Safely load, transport and unload goods while minimising damage and maintaining quality standards.

Complete collections and deliveries on time and in line with operational requirements.

Comply with road regulations, load weight limits and safe work practices.

Follow safe work method statements and manufacturer guidelines when operating vehicles and equipment.

Identify and report hazards, incidents or unsafe behaviours promptly.

Support the broader site team to meet daily operational requirements and customer expectations.
What you can bring to the team
You’ll be a reliable and safety-focused driver who takes pride in getting the job done well. You’ll be comfortable working to schedules, communicating with customers and colleagues, and getting hands-on with loading and unloading when required.
You’ll bring a positive attitude, strong teamwork and a willingness to contribute wherever needed to help the site operate safely and efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you will have:

A current HR Truck Licence – essential.

A current Forklift Licence, or willingness to obtain one, is desirable.

Experience safely operating trucks and completing collections and deliveries.

Strong attention to detail when loading, handling, sorting and stacking goods.

Good communication skills and a commitment to providing great customer service.

Ability to manage your time effectively and work to delivery schedules.

Physical capability to safely lift and move items as required.

Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

A current driver’s licence and commitment to safe driving practices.
You will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
