We are seeking a motivated and organised Service Delivery Administrator to join our team in Townsville. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful difference in the disability sector.

The Role
As the Service Delivery Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth operation of our Service Delivery team. You will work closely with staff, participants, families, and stakeholders while maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Reception
- Provide professional reception and front-of-office support
- Answer and direct incoming calls and enquiries
- Manage general office administration and housekeeping tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure confidential information is managed securely
- Support cross-departmental administrative activitiesincluding corporate support as needed
Service Delivery Support
- Attend daily Service Delivery meetings and provide administrative support
- Assist with compliance and documentation requirement
- Participate in rostered on-call duties on rotating roster
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace aligned with NDIS standards and organisational policies
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration, reception, or office support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Positive, motivated, and adaptable approach to work
Desirable
- Experience within disability, community services, health, or allied health sectors
- Experience using FlowLogic or similar client management systems
- Understanding of NDIS processes, compliance, and safeguarding requirements
- Experience supporting participants with complex care needs
Compliance Requirements
- Current Queensland Driver Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
