What You’ll Do
Build trusted, respectful relationships with children, young people, parents, and carers
Deliver practical, evidence-informed support in home and community settings
Strengthen family capacity, confidence, and independence
Connect families with education, employment, and community resources
Work collaboratively with Child Safety and partner services to provide coordinated support
Maintain clear, accurate case notes that reflect progress and outcomes

What You’ll Bring
Genuine commitment to supporting children, young people, and families
Strong ability to engage with people using a respectful, strengths-based approach
Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and sleepover shifts as required
Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid and CPR (current or willing to obtain)
Certificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification (completed or in progress) in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related field
