Coffee & Kitchen East is seeking a full-time Front of House / Barista Trainee to join our team.

About the role
As part of this position, you will be trained across all key front of house duties, including customer service, table service, takeaway service, POS operation, food and drink running, section presentation, and day-to-day café flow.
You will also receive barista training, with the opportunity to learn:
- coffee preparation and service standards
- milk texturing
- drink presentation
- workflow and speed during service
- café cleanliness and organisation
- consistency in a high-volume environment
This is a full-time position, and weekend availability is essential.
