Three Blue Ducks Byron Bay is set on The Farm - an 80-acre working farm just outside town, home to macadamia orchards, gardens and a busy, produce-driven restaurant and café. It’s a fast-paced, high-volume venue with a strong focus on quality, sustainability and genuine hospitality.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their craft - delivering consistently excellent coffee while working efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume, quality-focused café
Strong technical skills across espresso, milk and workflow
Calm, organised and consistent under pressure
Positive, reliable and team-focused
Available weekends and peak periods
