Full Job Description

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Evening Dental Receptionist to join our team at Dentist WA Canning Vale on a casual basis, working Wednesdays from 12:00pm to 8:30pm.

About the Role

As a Dental Receptionist in our thriving Dentist WA practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

Experience as a Dental Receptionist- desired not essential
Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W)
Experience processing HICAPS and Medicare payments
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision

You are:

Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working evening shifts and able to work autonomously during these hours
