About the Role
As the face of our practice, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient.
Your day will include:
- Managing patient appointments and treatment schedules
- Handling enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Processing accounts, payments and health fund claims
- Coordinating patient treatment plans and follow-up care
- Supporting clinicians and the wider practice team
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice
- Providing chairside support when required
This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to become an integral part of the leadership team as the practice continues to grow.
About You
We're looking for an experienced dental professional with strong reception and clinical knowledge who is ready to make a real impact.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dental Receptionist in a dental practice
- Previous Dental Assisting experience is essential
- Experience using Dental4Windows (D4W)
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, treatment workflows and patient management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of computer literacy and administration skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and organised in a busy environment
