About the opportunity

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through every stage of their purchasing journey- from the initial enquiry to the exciting moment they drive away in their new Mazda.

Key responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a premium showroom experience from first enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Build lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending the right Mazda vehicle and accessories.
Proactively generate new business through referrals, follow-up calls, prospecting and repeat customers.
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives, showcasing Mazda's latest features and technology.
Introduce customers to our Finance & Insurance and Aftermarket teams to provide a complete ownership solution.
Complete all sales documentation accurately while achieving individual and dealership sales targets.

About you

You're a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, closing sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll bring:

Previous sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry (although other high-performing sales backgrounds will be considered).
A proven ability to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A professional, energetic and customer-focused approach.
Strong computer literacy and excellent organisational skills.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
A current Australian Class C Driver Licence.
