Care Park Group is currently recruiting for one casual car park patrol officer to work in and patrol our properties in Burnie, Tasmania (Monday and Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm)
The primary duties of the role will include (but not be limited to)
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensure all car park services, guidelines and processes are adhered to
- Preventative and reactive Maintenance of Automatic Parking Equipment including Pay Stations and/or Parking Meters (training provided)
- Patrolling of various car parks and issue of Payment Notices for Non Compliance of Parking Conditions
- Maintaining a safe, clean and hazard free environment including cleaning of Car Parks Enforce parking in line with the relevant Road Rule Legislation
- Maintain assigned equipment and supplies such as but not limited to PDA's, Infringement Printer, PPE and Patrol Vehicle
What you'll need to succeed
· Must have Open Australian Drivers Licence with a good driving record.
· Energetic, proactive, and confident with high reliability and punctuality
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work autonomously
· A desire and willingness to develop a long-term career
· Strong computer skills and literacy
· Well-spoken with clear communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds
· Professional personal presentation
· A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Desire to continuously learn and refine skills and train others
