SNL Commercial Property Services Pty Ltd is hiring a Casual/Temporary Commercial Cleaner for our South Yarra location. Apply now to be part of our team.

Job Type: Casual/Temporary
Location: South Yarra, VIC — walking distance from train and tram station

About the Role:
We have casual opportunities for end-of-lease cleaning in student accommodation as residents move out for the semester break. The majority of the work will be performed in July, with peak departure periods falling on 13-15 July.

Opportunity Overview:

This project involves thorough cleaning of rooms — bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms — as students vacate for semester break
Paid per room completed, not hourly
Great opportunity for candidates looking for short-term, well-paid subcontract work
If you don't have full availability, that's okay — you can stay registered in our system and let us know the days you're available to work
Potential for ongoing work with the company after this project. We always prioritise casual workers when permanent positions become available

Working Hours:
Standard start time is 9:00am, with finish depending on workload. On busier days, shifts may start earlier.
