You'll come in as Electrician / Leading Hand, take ownership of the work from day one, and play a direct role in building a team around you. The path from here leads to a Regional Manager position for the person who proves they're ready for it.

About the Role
Residential new construction is at the core of our business. You'll be working on residential project builds where attention to detail, workmanship, and professionalism are valued above all else. We take pride in delivering exceptional results, and shortcuts are never part of the process.
As our operation continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and leadership within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete rough-in and fit-off electrical work on new residential construction projects throughout the Bundaberg region.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets company standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate and manage our sites as required.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with builders, contractors, and other trades.
- Help uphold OEI's reputation for reliability, quality, and doing the job right the first time.
- Communicate directly with Scott regarding project progress, site requirements, and operational improvements.
- Provide feedback on workflows, site performance, and opportunities to support the ongoing growth of the business.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
What You'll Bring
- Strong experience in residential electrical construction.
- Queensland Electrical Licence (required)
