About The Role
We are on the hunt for superstar Cafe Manager at our Sanchurros store in Eaton WA for Full Time Position
With passion for creating sweet moments for our customers, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and coaching your team to deliver the ‘sweetest’ experience
- Managing store sales budgets and COGS
- Managing rosters and labour in line with targets set
- Managing customer complaints
- Ensuring products are created to the highest standard
- Ensuring WHS is always adhered to and managed appropriately
- Maintaining cafe presentation and cleanliness
- Engage in local area marketing initiatives
- Managing purchasing, pricing and stock control.
- Planning and organising special functions and events.
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
About You
The San Churro Familia is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers and we take on this mission with passion, pride, and a sense of adventure. Along with sharing these values, you’ll also need:
- Prior experience working in a hospitality environment is must.
- Barista experience is must
- Team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work during peak trading days and hours
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Manager
