Administration Officer

Environmental Oils | Acacia Ridge, Brisbane QLD | Part-Time | Onsite

Environmental Oils is seeking a reliable and organised Administration Officer to join our friendly team in Acacia Ridge.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. You will provide day-to-day administrative support across the business, including assisting our fleet team with oil collection bookings, preparing logistics documentation, customer service and basic financial administration.

The position offers consistent weekday hours and would suit someone looking for work hours that fit around school schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, process and maintain documentation for oil collections and deliveries.
Answer incoming phone calls and emails and provide professional customer service.
Respond to general customer enquiries and direct more complex enquiries to the appropriate team member.
Coordinate and enter customer bookings for oil collections as directed by the fleet team.
Maintain accurate customer, collection and administrative records.
Assist the operations teams with day-to-day administrative requirements.
Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems.
Assist with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, reports and general data entry.
Support the wider business with general administration and ad-hoc duties as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organised and comfortable working as part of a small, collaborative team.

Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in an administration, office support or customer service role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Confidence communicating with customers by phone and email.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience using bookkeeping or accounting software such as Xero, MYOB or similar is desirable.
Experience in transport, logistics or a similar operational environment is advantageous but not essential.
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to assist wherever required.
