A warm and loving family in Bronte, NSW is seeking a caring, energetic and experienced nanny to support their two boys aged 5 and 3 years.
The family has recently relocated from Adelaide and are still building their support network in Sydney. They are hoping to find a nanny who will not only provide excellent care, but also become a trusted and valued part of their extended family.
They value kindness, emotional awareness, and respectful communication, and are looking for someone who aligns with a gentle and understanding approach to children s emotional development.
This is a hands-on, engaging childcare role focused on supporting the boys through a structured yet fun and nurturing day.
The nanny will be responsible for morning routines, school/pre-school drop-offs, engaging play, activities, and afternoon care until the parents return home.
A typical day may include:

Assisting with morning routines including breakfast and getting dressed

School/pre-school drop-off for the 5-year-old

Caring for the 3-year-old at home during the day

Planning and engaging in play-based learning activities

Supporting emotional regulation with patience and care

Outdoor play, park visits and local outings

Preparing snacks and simple meals for the children

Afternoon pick-up and transition home

Supporting bath time and end-of-day routines

Light household support related to the children will be appreciated, including:

3+ years experience working in child care or as a nanny

Full Drivers Licence with clean driving record, Family car available whilst at work and for taking children (TBC) to activities and pick up an drop offs.

Comfortable with small dogs - The family has a friendly Cavoodle. No dog walking is required.
