Full Job Description

Zarraffa’s Coffee Belmont North is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused team members to join our growing team.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love providing exceptional customer service, and have a passion for great coffee, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a casual position with approximately 20–38 hours available per week, depending on business needs and your availability.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Taking orders and processing payments
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Working effectively in a busy drive-thru environment
Supporting your teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience

What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliability and punctuality
Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
Previous hospitality or barista experience is desirable but not essential
