About the Role
This is a casual position with approximately 20–38 hours available per week, depending on business needs and your availability.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Working effectively in a busy drive-thru environment
- Supporting your teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability and punctuality
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Previous hospitality or barista experience is desirable but not essential

The successful applicant must be available to work across a range of shifts between 5:00am and 9:00pm, including weekdays and weekends.
Employment conditions and pay rates are in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award and applicable workplace legislation.
