The Marble Man is a highly regarded stone care and restoration specialist based in Arundel on the Gold Coast. For more than 30 years, we have provided premium stone polishing, cleaning and repair services to residential and commercial clients from New South Wales to the Sunshine Coast.

Our people are at the heart of our business. Most of our team members have been with us for more than five years, with some approaching 20 years of service.

We are looking for a motivated and organised Scheduling Coordinator / Administration Assistant to join our close-knit team. You will play an important role in managing our customers’ journey—from their initial enquiry through quoting, scheduling and booking their work.

The Role

This is a busy and varied position combining customer service, sales coordination and administration. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing enquiries: Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Preparing quotes: Reviewing client-supplied photos and information to prepare accurate quotes and proposals.
Customer follow-up: Following up quotes, answering questions and helping convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Scheduling: Coordinating inspections and jobs while communicating with customers and our field technicians.
CRM management: Accurately entering and maintaining customer, quote and job information in our CRM.
General administration: Assisting with day-to-day office duties and supporting the wider team as required.

Stable full-time hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, and an earlier start and finish on Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm.

About You

You are a genuine team player who enjoys working in a small, supportive environment. You take ownership of your responsibilities, willingly assist your colleagues and understand that accurate quoting and scheduling are essential to supporting our technicians and delivering excellent customer service.

You will also bring:

A confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data entry.
The ability to follow established systems, processes and checklists.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
A reliable, punctual and positive approach to work.

Previous experience in the stone, building, hospitality or retail industries would be an advantage, but it is not essential. The right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn are most important to us.
