The Opportunity
Join the team behind some of Australia’s most iconic theme park brands! As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of engaging digital campaigns across email, web, mobile app, social media, SEO and more.
You’ll help keep our digital channels fresh, fun and on-brand, while creating seamless online experiences that inspire guests before they even arrive at the park.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with our Digital Marketing team, you’ll help bring campaigns and guest experiences to life across our digital channels! You’ll:
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across owned channels, ensuring activity is delivered accurately and on time
- Support the planning, build, testing and deployment of email, SMS, push notification and customer journey campaigns
- Assist with website content updates, landing pages and digital assets using our content management system
- Support the day-to-day management of organic social media channels, including content creation, scheduling and community support
- Assist with mobile app content updates and digital campaign requirements
- Support SEO activity through content optimisation, metadata updates and keyword implementation
- Maintain digital marketing calendars, campaign schedules and workflow documentation
- Provide administration and project coordination support to the Digital Marketing team as required
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a digital marketer who is organised, curious and ready to make their mark across a range of digital channels. You’ll bring:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing, Marketing Coordinator or similar role
- A sound understanding of digital marketing across email, SMS, websites, SEO, social media and digital campaigns
- Experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms, with Emarsys or similar desirable
- Experience using website content management systems and publishing digital content
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to building positive relationships across teams
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and basic HTML/CSS desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or tertiary study in Digital Marketing or a related field desirable
