Exercise Physiologist (Women's Health)

Full -time | $75,000 - $90,000 + Bonus Incentives | Paid PD

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Exercise Physiologist with an interest in Women's Health to join our thriving multidisciplinary team in a beautiful, boutique clinic in Paddington. This is a chance to truly leverage your expertise in Women’s Health and Reformer Pilates in an environment built for clinical excellence and professional growth.

Boutique Setting: Enjoy working in a light-filled, professional, and beautiful clinic in the heart of Paddington, with a cafe right next door.
Specialist Focus: Work with clients to maximise their health, function, capacity, and mobility, with a strong emphasis on Women’s Health and Reformer Pilates, plus the ability to see a broad range of caseloads.
Culture & Team: Join a team of like-minded allied health professionals committed to continuous professional development, work collaboratively with a Women’s Health Physiotherapist delivering clinical excellence, and achieving holistic, practical outcomes. Interest in content creation is a bonus.

Your Day Will Include:

Clinical exercise and Reformer Pilates prescription and programming, with a focus on Women’s Health, including pelvic floor rehabilitation, endometriosis and chronic pain management, and healthy ageing to maximise clients' health, function, capacity and mobility.
Long term health and wellbeing education and management for chronic health conditions.
Liaising with clients, referrers, doctors, employers and other members of our allied health team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Working with your team to achieve holistic, practical outcome.

About You:

You're a great fit if you are an experienced clinician who:

Is driven by genuine care for client outcomes.
Has experience building a private caseload and navigating various funders (NDIS, EPC, DVA, WorkCover) alongside private clients.
Believes in evidence-based practice and lifelong learning.
Wants to work somewhere where being a good human is part of the job description.

✅ Essential Criteria (What You Need):

Experience in Women’s Health and Reformer Pilates.
ESSA registration.
Police Check (or ability to obtain).
Disability Worker Screening & Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
Car and Driver’s License.
