RESTORATIV PHYSIOTHERAPY in Pimpama is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Physio who wants strong mentoring, a supportive team and varied musculoskeletal caseloads on the Northern Gold Coast.
Who are we looking for?
As a Physiotherapist in our owner operated private practice, you’ll assess, diagnose and treat clients with a range of musculoskeletal presentations while continuing to grow your clinical reasoning, hands-on skills and confidence. You’ll build meaningful relationships, contribute to a positive team culture and be supported to develop into the kind of physiotherapist you want to become.
This role is especially well suited to a physiotherapist with 1–2 years’ musculoskeletal experience who is ready to settle into a supportive private practice and keep building strong foundations. If you’re a newer graduate with the right attitude, curiosity and care for people, we’d still love to hear from you. We believe in flexible working and empowering you to manage your time in a way that works for you and your patients. We will also consider part-time working arrangements for the right candidate.
What we’re offering the successful candidate:
- Salary range: $90,000–$110,000 AUD per annum, based on experience, plus 12% statutory superannuation.
- Additionally, we will recognise your contribution to our Clinic’s growth through our annual Variable Performance Bonus Scheme.
- Statutory leave entitlements, including annual leave and paid personal/carer’s leave, in line with the National Employment Standards.
- Administrative support so you can spend more of your day focused on clients, clinical reasoning and quality care
- Ongoing professional development is a core part of how we support you to become the best physiotherapist you can be. You’ll have regular opportunities to ask questions, refine your clinical reasoning and build confidence through:
- Weekly clinical training and mentoring sessions
- Monthly in-services
- Funding for external education courses up to $1000 per annum.
- Expected start date: September/October 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care that helps clients move better, feel stronger and stay engaged in their health goals.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients.
- Build positive relationships with local healthcare professionals and contribute to Restorativ Physiotherapy’s growing presence in the community.
- Maintain excellent and timely medical notes and correspondence across stakeholders.
- Participate in regular education sessions and stay up to date with the latest evidence-based treatment approaches.
Qualities and qualifications we’re looking for:
- A degree in Physiotherapy.
- Right to work and reside in Australia without restriction at the time of application (no sponsorship available).
- A genuine desire to keep learning, ask questions and grow into an excellent physiotherapist through ongoing professional development.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle.
- Have current AHPRA registration and hold indemnity insurance before commencing work.
