About the Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Toowong team on a Part Time basis. Working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Fortnightly Saturdays.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
Operate our booking system efficiently.
Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
