About the Role

Legal Assistants provide important secretarial and administrative support to help our teams run smoothly. Typical duties may include:

Providing proactive administrative support at a firm wide level
Diary management and meeting coordination with clients and key internal and external stakeholders
Secretarial support for high volume administrative tasks
File management, including opening and closing files and maintaining electronic records
Contributing generally to the smooth running of the team

Experience

You will ideally have 1-3 years’ administration experience supporting busy teams and helping to manage competing priorities. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Well organised with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
Effectively work autonomously but importantly as part of a team
Excellent technical skills and understanding of software applications
Must have ability to work full time or 3 days a week
