Traffic Controller (STS) & Traffic Management Implementer (TMI)

Titan Traffic Solutions is a growing Queensland traffic management company delivering roadworks, civil construction, utilities and infrastructure projects across South East Queensland. With secured ongoing contracts and a strong pipeline of work, we're building a team of reliable, safety-focused professionals who take pride in keeping Queensland's roads and worksites safe.

We're currently seeking experienced Traffic Controllers (STS) and Traffic Management Implementers (TMI) to join our expanding team for ongoing projects throughout Brisbane. Whether you're an experienced Traffic Controller or a qualified TMI looking for consistent work, excellent conditions and genuine career opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.

What's on Offer?

$38–$40 per hour (depending on qualifications, experience and shift) - Penalties rates apply for Night, weekend, public holiday shifts.
Weekly pay

Your Responsibilities

Operate Stop/Slow bats safely and professionally
Implement approved Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS)
Install, maintain and remove traffic control devices
Ensure compliance with Queensland traffic management standards, TMR requirements and WHS legislation
Work effectively with supervisors, clients and civil construction crews
Maintain a professional attitude and strong commitment to safety

Essential Requirements

Current Queensland STS (Traffic Controller) accreditation
Current Queensland TMI (Traffic Management Implementer) accreditation
Construction White Card
Current Australian Driver Licence (must be willing and able to drive)
Reliable transport
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including day, night and weekend shifts as required
Commitment to safety, reliability and professionalism

Preferred Skills & Experience

Excellent work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent communication skills with a polite and courteous manner
Demonstrated initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
