We're currently seeking experienced Traffic Controllers (STS) and Traffic Management Implementers (TMI) to join our expanding team for ongoing projects throughout Brisbane. Whether you're an experienced Traffic Controller or a qualified TMI looking for consistent work, excellent conditions and genuine career opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.
What's on Offer?
- $38–$40 per hour (depending on qualifications, experience and shift) - Penalties rates apply for Night, weekend, public holiday shifts.

Your Responsibilities
- Operate Stop/Slow bats safely and professionally
- Implement approved Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS)
- Install, maintain and remove traffic control devices
- Ensure compliance with Queensland traffic management standards, TMR requirements and WHS legislation
- Work effectively with supervisors, clients and civil construction crews
- Maintain a professional attitude and strong commitment to safety
Essential Requirements
- Current Queensland STS (Traffic Controller) accreditation
- Current Queensland TMI (Traffic Management Implementer) accreditation
- Construction White Card
- Current Australian Driver Licence (must be willing and able to drive)
- Reliable transport
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including day, night and weekend shifts as required
- Commitment to safety, reliability and professionalism
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with a polite and courteous manner
- Demonstrated initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
