Your Role

Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets and KPIs in a high-volume flagship store.
Inspire and guide a large team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and premium store presentation.
Help manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering in a fast-paced environment.
Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and progression.
Help maintain a safe and compliant store environment.

About You
You’re a motivated and experienced retail leader who thrives in a busy, high-volume environment.

You’ll bring:

Experience in a leadership role (e.g, ASM or Store Manager), ideally in a flagship or high-turnover store.
A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow your leadership career.
Passion for team development and delivering great customer experiences at scale.
Ability to drive sales and consistently meet performance targets.
Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and large-format retail operations.
