JOIN THE GANT TEAM
We're looking for reliable, capable casual team members to join our GANT Myer Carindale store.
This is a hands-on retail role in a busy environment. It suits people who enjoy working with others, take ownership of their responsibilities, and contribute positively to a supportive team.
This role starts at approximately 10 hours per week across late-night trade and rotating Mondays, with the opportunity for increased hours during our peak trading period from October through January.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and creating a warm, inviting in-store experience
- Providing genuine, helpful service while building lasting customer relationships
- Assisting with stock, merchandising and general store presentation
- Working as part of the team to keep the store running smoothly
We're Looking for People Who:
- Are naturally warm and welcoming with customers
- Enjoy working with people and take pride in their presentation
- Are reliable and consistent week to week
- Communicate confidently and professionally
- Take initiative and don't need constant direction
- Have previous retail or customer service experience
- Are available across weekdays and weekends
